I am writing this in regards to upgrading my phone and changing my plan.  I have been a loyal customer with Sprint for 10 years and just had the best experience at one of your local Sprint stores.  As I stopped by your store off 107th & Indian School Road, I visited with Scott, Rob & Mike.  They were all very helpful.  I'm still learning a lot when it comes to modern technology and they made me feel like a real capable person instead of an ignorant phone user.  After working in customer service myself, they really made me feel comfortable, they made me laugh.  They offered great customer service and it was quick.  I will definitely return to their store if I ever need help with anything else.

I wanted to share with you and all your personal the wonderful experience that I have while visiting your store at 107th ave and Indian school Rd. I received such wonderful customer service and was very pleased. I had previously bought 2 boost mobile phones  only to take them home  and find out I was very unhappy.  I brought them back the very next day and was advised by the store manager that under regular circumstances these phones where unable to be returned he still went out of his way to call the district manager and get a returned approved. I am very happy with my new phones and just wanted to share this with you. It had been a month since I have had my new phones I returned to the store to get another phone and was greeted and help with excellent customer service by Rob and Scott. Now that the holiday season is over and the new year has begun I just want to say thank you to all at Sprint.

-Hello [E Systems], my name is Candace. I would just like to say what an excellent job David, at your Arrowhead Sprint store has done for me. He sold me a great purple Samsung Rant. However, even though the phone has had some difficulty, David has been helpful in trying to fix the issues regarding my new phone. I contacted him again when my phone still was not functioning well. He gave me the phone number to the tech center and he was very concerned about the issues I was still having with my new phone. The company will be sending me a new phone. David has offered to help transfer all my data over to the new phone. I have been with Sprint for about 10 years now and I do like the company because of great dedicated people like David.

-I just wanted to drop a quick e-mail to let you know how satisifed I was with my recent visit to one of your stores (1729 N Dysart Rd Avondale AZ).  I had recently made a purchase of a cellphone which I was not happy with. The manager was helpful, understanding and personable.  He made my transition to my new phone (treo) so easy and effortless, that my wife also decided to upgrade to a new phone.  We made a few other purchases that day (at that store) totaling almost $400.00.  My point is that in this economy (where money is super tight), [the manager] made us feel comfortable with our purchase and did not hassle us with unnecessary items.  Thanks to [his] warmth and understanding, my wife and I will go nowhere else to purchase our phones and accessories.  "Thanks Scott".
